Shipping policy

At roarsome, we know waiting is the boring bit. That’s why we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with a smile.

Here’s the low-down:

• UAE Orders: Spend over AED 400 and delivery is free. Under that? AED 40 flat fee.
  
  
• International Orders: Flat AED 100 shipping fee. Easy.

Due to the current situation in the UAE, we have temporarily suspended orders for delivery outside the UAE until further notice.

Delivery Timelines

We’ll always aim for fast turnarounds, but public holidays can add a small delay. Timelines start once you receive your Order Confirmation. If you’re not home, let us know—we’ll reschedule.

• Dubai: Order before 1 PM (Mon–Sat) = same-day delivery. After the cut-off = within 24–48 hours.
  
  
• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman): Order before 11 AM (Mon–Fri) = same-day delivery. After the cut-off = within 48–72 hours.
  
  
• Weekends: Orders after Saturday’s cut-off or on Sunday = delivered Monday.
  
  
• Remote Area: Timelines exclude deliveries to remote locations like Al Ain, RAK, Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Hatta, Dibba Al Fujairah, Dubai South, Damac Hills 2 and Umm Al Quwain.
  
  
  

International Deliveries

We ship to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, and Lebanon. Delivery takes 2–4 working days (depending on customs).

Please note: Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility.

Special for Saudi Arabia: We’ll need your short address code and a copy of your IQAMA to keep customs happy.
