- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.

- Dubai: Fill in the return/exchange form. We’ll collect the item.
- Exchanges: replacement delivered in 24–48 hours (after inspection).
- Returns: refund in 48–72 hours (after inspection).
- Other Emirates: Fill in the form and send the item to us. After approval:
- Exchanges: replacement delivered in 24–48 hours.
- Returns: refund in 48–72 hours. Postage costs are deducted.
- Remote Areas: Please send items back to us for inspection.
- International Orders: Send items back to us.
- Exchanges: shipped in 3–7 working days (customs permitting).
- Returns: refund in 48–72 hours after approval. Postage, duties, and taxes we cover will be deducted. (Return transit may take 5–14 days depending on courier/customs.)
Non-returnable items:
Undergarments, briefs, and swimwear.
